Heart Collage Frame
Description
This beautiful collage frame has been handpainted and embellished with hearts of all sizes, shapes and colours. there are handmade clay hearts, fabric covered wooden hearts, metal scroll work heart, paper hearts which are hand drawn and stamped upon. All the hearts are placed on their own individually coloured and decorated tags, which in turn are placed on a papered, stencilled and painted background.
The frame is painted gold with sepia coloured stamped scrolls around it.

Inspiration
There was no one thing that inspired me to make this collage frame full of hearts, I had inked some tags and I liked the colours, I had made the clay hearts and they were just waiting around on my desk for a project, and I had the collage frame, the rest kind of just happened ... as things often do in my studio.
