Hand-dyed 100% MERINO ARAN 100g Purple Redberry 1
Description
This hand dyed 100% Merino wool is a rich mix of red purples and mid aubergine with purple and pink lavender colours. Great colour saturation and softness. A couple of skeins would make a lovely scarf or accessories. Enough at the outset for a larger garment. I have dyed up 7 skeins in this colourwave.
The price is for each 100g. The photo shows several skeins to get an overall colour idea.
The fibre content is 100% Merino. Handwash on cool.
A 100g skein has approximately 127m and will knit up on 4.5-5mm needles. Check your pattern as the meterage is less than usual aran weight.
Inspiration
I love experimenting in colour mixing. This was dyed using a 2 dye baths.
My hand dyes are currently produced in very small quantities. When it's gone, that's it. if you have any specific requirements do email me. I would be happy to dye to order if you have a colour mix that you've always wanted!
