All of my lampwork glass beads are handmade by me in my very cosy studio in Somerset UK.
Every bead I make is unique and therefore very special. All of my beads are kiln annealed to ensure strength and durability and cleaned to remove all traces of bead release.
Summer is on it's way and all the flowers are trying to come out in my garden despite the nasty weather here in Blighty! I love my flowers and I love making these floral beads. The tiny blue flowers give the impression of being trapped in time within the glass.
This bead is special because it has two layers of flowers. You can just about see the dark blue petals of the first layer of flowers in the photograph.
The bead is approximately 20mm by 10mm with a 2.5mm bead hole.
All of my beads are securely packaged because it takes a great amount of time to make these beads and I would be devastated if they were broken in transit.
