An original print telling the story of the Butterscotch & Beesting Moon.
When the Butterscotch & Beesting Circus trains pull into the station and the distinctive diamonds, triangles and stripes of its tents are raised, the moon celebrates by painting herself like a clown, letting the whole world know that the Circus is in town. In the morning, when she is no longer needed in the night sky, the Moon transforms herself into a caterpillar and crawls under the Big Top Canvas to watch the wonders of the show.
This print shows the Moon peeking out from the night-sky clouds and then in her caterpillar form crawling towards the Big Top. I have used hand-drawn lettering to tell her story. Everything on the print has been hand drawn by me, including all the writing, and then digitally coloured.
This is an open edition, and each print is signed and dated.
An extremely high-quality digital print on heavy-weight archival fine art paper.
Printed on A3 paper (paper size 297 x 420mm) with a white border.
Your print will be posted either in a large hard-board envelope or rolled in a protective tube, please let me know if you have a preference.
