This stool is made from solid pine from a sustainable source. The surface has been treated with three coats of satin finish polyurethane which lets the natural beauty of the wood show through. Polyurethane is probably the most hard wearing of all finishes and prevents the wood from being marked if, for example, a wet cup is put on it. The approximate measurements are, top 30x19cm and height 27cm. The stool could be used as a small table beside an arm chair or sofa.
