These polymer clay hearts are charity fundraisers! All profits from the sale of this bag will support Special Needs Riders at Horse Rangers Association (Hampton Court).
These hearts are hand rolled and cut from polymer clay. They have been engraved and decorated, and include a red ribbon hanger, to allow you to display the heart somewhere prominent!
These hearts can also be made to order, to ensure that they include the name of, or a short message for your loved one. or possibly even the name of your favourite horse. Just let me know what you want, when you place your order. I can also change the colour of the ribbon tou fit with your scheme
Inspiration
These hearts have been specially made to raise money for my local branch of Riding for the Disabled, better known locally as Squadron Six (Special Needs) of the Horse Rangers Association (Hampton Court). During the week, we give horse riding lessons to disabled and vulnerable children and adults. Horses and riding make an amazing difference to their lives.
