It is made from vintage scrabble pieces, over a cream and tope background, and spells out the little girls first, middle and surname.
The background can be changed to fit the theme, ie:

Moving to Devon from a large town has also made me appreciate the county's sights, sounds and sense of community which has heightened my desire to create beautiful, high quality, individual items that are inspired by my surroundings.
