Hand Knit Fingerless Gloves in Handspun Alpaca and Castlemilk Moorit Yarn
Description
I have hand blended, hand spun and hand knit these lovely fingerless gloves from a blend of 50% alpaca and 50% castlemilk moorit, rare breed sheep fleece. They are beautifully soft and will keep your hands lovely and warm and cosy. The yarn is worsted weight, and the gloves are the natural colour of the fleeces.
The gloves will fit a hand size 8" around the palm, (ladies medium/large, or mans small size).
The gloves are hand wash only in luke warm water.
Inspiration
I had been experimenting with different blends of fibres, and found this mix gave a lovely soft yarn. It felt nice on the skin, so decided to knit gloves with the yarn I had created.
