Wooden box frame. External 9" x 7"(178mm x 278mm). Internal 6" x 8" (151mm x 202mm). Green and cream checked background with die cut Fizzy Moon bear holding champagne bottle and flute glass. The hearts and other parts of the card are sprinkled with glitter. The word "Congratulations is stamped on the frame mount in black ink.
