Chocolate and strawberry ice-cream inspire the colours of this handmade notebook. It's ideal as both a journal and a sketchbook, because I've used a heavyweight Daler-Rowney cartridge paper for the pages, which takes both pen and pencil, and even light watercolour washes.

Warm dark brown bookcloth covers hide bold brown-and-pink endpapers, and there are 40 pages (80 sides) of cream-white 180 gsm paper, with handtorn edges. The notebook is tied with a deep pink ribbon, and finished with a matching bookmark and headbands.

Handmade using traditional bookbinding techniques, the notebook measures approximately 4.25 x 6 inches (A6, or 10.5 x 15 cm).

The notebook will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a padded envelope by Royal Mail first class.
