I only really saw people using stippling as a drawing medium last year, I think I stumbled upon it on the internet. I wanted to try my hand at it immediately. I started by doing a few small scale pieces to see how the process worked and it just clicked. Encouraged by my early progress I was impatient to start a large scale piece.
Seeing as it was coming up to Christmas I thought I'd go down the festive route and started with a rather stoic looking stag. I spent countless nights back at my mothers house in Skipton over the Christmas holidays working on it and am made up with the results.
