Suitable for a medium to large hardback books measuring (when closed) approximately:
16 cm (6.5”) wide
24 cm (9.5”) high
Up to 5 cm (2”) thick (about 700 pages)
Special sizes can be made on request.
FABRIC:
Main fabric and lining – 100% cotton
Polyester wadding
Satin ribbon
Glass, ceramic or wooden beads
CLEANING:
These covers may be very gently hand washed only.
Take great care of the beads!
Lay flat to dry away from direct heat.
When dry a light press only with a warm iron.
Please do NOT machine wash or machine dry.
Please note that washing may take away the stiffness of the handles.

Inspiration
For this design I have used fabric from the very latest Echino Collection by Etusko Furuya for Kokka. This sumptuous contemporary geometric design features squares of complimentary design elements detailing polka dots, dotty stripes, wood-block style prints with little birds, linear florals and circular wreaths. Etsuko Furuya is one of Japan's foremost contemporary designers. Each square measures approx 10cm square
I have teamed the lovely patchwork like fabric with a toning inside lining of deep purple.
