Inspiration
For this design I have used a Kokka fabric by Etsuko Furuya. A stylish cotton / linen blend featuring a bike / cycles arranged between contemporary geometric squares of stripes and dots. The colours of this design are fantastic, including aqua, royal blue, grey, lime, and blackberry and raspberry purples and pinks. Etsuko Furuya is one of Japan’s foremost contemporary designers.
For the inside lining of the case I have used a soft cotton lining in shades of pale turquoise, called Shadowplay by Maywood Studios.
