Summer Beach Hut Picnic Blanket
Description
Three polka dot Beach huts are machine stitched onto this picnic quilt, with the sea behind and the sun shining in the sky. (The measurements are 117cm square approx)
The fabrics used are a mix of upcycled and new. The blanket is quilted with 2mm wadding to make it comfy! Washable at 30C, there is a panel of turquoise organza stitched onto the middle section which needs covering with a tea towel if ironing.
Inspiration
I designed this blanket with picnics on the beach in mind but could also be used as a playmat or small quilt.
