Description
This three dimensional butterfly card is great for birthdays, anniversaries or just to say thank you.
I screen print each card by hand in my little studio in Kent. I try to come up with truly unusual designs, that I illustrate myself and then carefully cut each one out by hand. They come individually wrapped in a corn starch bag with a coloured envelope made from recycled paper.
This card is available in five colours: yellow, orange, pink, purple and blue.
The card is blank on the reverse for your own message.
Card dimensions approx. 14.5cm x 9.5cm when folded.
There will be slight variation from card to card due to the nature of screen printing.
Inspiration
We have many butterflies in our garden through the Summer, which my daughters love chasing, so when I set out to make a one off card for a friends birthday (a July birthday) I instantly thought of a butterfly shape. Soon after I made the original card (just in white), I came across this coloured card stock which came in a set of beautiful jewel like colours and I was smitten!
