Handknitted Fairisle Patten Ladies Slipover Jumper
Description
I handknitted this fairisle slipover in the early 1980s. It is in excellent condition, I cannot ever remember wearing it. It is knitted in 100% wool , in a fairsle design. The colours were woven in at the back as I knitted so there are no long loops to get caught up.

Chest 33"
Back 20" (top of neck to bottom)
Inspiration
I have always loved knitting and have been knitting for more than 40 years. The skill was passed to me from my mother and grandmother, who always had a piece of knitting on the go. I knitted a few fairisle jumpers around the start of 1980s. I had too many to wear!
