You are my sunshine, my only sunshine...

This cushion is made from a delicious bright buttercup yellow silk dupion, with appliqué lettering in a range of tweed wools.

It's sure to brighten up a corner of your home in an instant, with a blast of summer sunshine.

Each cushion is individually handmade from hand-woven silk dupion and wool appliqué letters. The letters are all hand cut (using scissors, not a machine!) and then sewn into place with a small zigzag stitch.

The linen back is a simple envelope closure allowing for the removal of the feather cushion pad. All my covers are fully lined, which gives a better finish to the design. It’s also worth knowing that all inner seams are sewn twice giving extra strength and then over locked. You simply don’t find cushions made like this on the high street.
