A little needle case which would make a perfect Mother's Day present. Made using a pretty Liberty tana lawn fabric in shades of rust red, dark purple, dark salmon pink and grey green on an ivory background.

The plain fabric is beige linen and has been appliqued with a heart and embellished with a dark purple vintage mother of pearl button. A fabric "needles" label has also been appliqued above the heart. The case has been lined with the Liberty fabric and has ties of dark pink edged pale green ribbon. The inner pages are made from matching burgundy red felt. The case has also been lightly padded to give it a more substantial, yet soft feel.

The case measures approx 10cm x 8cm (4 x 3) when closed and approx 10cm x 16cm (4 x 6 1/4) when open.
