A little needle case which would make a perfect Mother's Day present. Made using a pretty and colourful Liberty tana lawn fabric in shades of dark red, cerise pink, dark dusky pink, golden yellow and grey green on an ivory background.

The plain fabric is beige linen and has been appliqued with a heart and embellished with a yellow vintage mother of pearl button. A fabric needles label has also been appliqued above the heart. The case has been lined with the Liberty fabric and has ties of golden yellow grosgrain ribbon. The inner pages are made from matching golden yellow and ruby red felt. The case has also been lightly padded to give it a more substantial, yet soft feel.

The case measures approx 10cm x 8cm (4 x 3) when closed and approx 10cm x 16cm (4 x 6 1/4) when open.
