French tea hat..tiny roses

Formed in wool & felt this little hat will perch like a peach. Cheeky little red roses trace around one side and the bustle is crowned with red rooster feathers and one biot or, with black ostrich plume

It har a web of elastic and can be fixed with combs, elastic of a fixed band, whatever the preference is.
