Gold and black brocade lace mad hatter shaped tea hat with velvet ruffle at the front with birdcage spotted veil, at the back, a little nape skirt on the same lace, finished with a broad black grosgrain bow...at the crown there is a turned and shaped sooty black ostrich feather. The hat is lined in sable velvet and fitted onto a satin or velvet band..just lovely!
