Sorting out my fabric cupboard this week I found some lovely fabrics that I'd forgotten about, and felt inspired to make some bags.

This bag is made from a gorgeous heavy cotton fabric by prestigious which features lots of cute dogs.

The bag is large enough to hold purse, phone, tissues etc, while having a neatness to its size and shape. The dimensions are roughly as follows: strap 68cm long, the bag itself is 16cm tall, 29cm long and the base is about 6.5cm wide. The bag is fully lined in an oaty coloured linen fabric.

The strap fits neatly over the shoulder, but isn't too long if you want to hold it in your hand or on your arm (please see 3rd photo for clearer picture of what the strap is like on this style of bag). It fastens with a strong magnetic antique-looking clasp.
