:: 28 small buttons (roughly 3/8in or 1cm across)
:: Sewing needle
:: Needles
:: 8mm/ Size 11 Double Pointed Needles
:: Cable needle (or spare DPN)

Gauge
2.5 stitches and 3 rows in 1 inch (the cabling and ribbing means that the gauge is very forgiving in this pattern, working for a wide range of calf sizes – 13” to 18” in circumference)
