Beach Hut Lino Print
Description
Hand printed beach huts in grey.
I have printed the beach huts using my own original lino cut.
I have used linseed oil based printing ink.
Each print is on plain A4 paper but the printed area measures apx 7cm x 7.5cm.
May differ ever so slightly to the photo as each piece is an original individual print.
Mount not included.
Each print has the title 'Beach Hut' and is signed.

Inspiration
This print is of the beach huts along Preston Sands in Paignton where I live. My grandma had one, I have fond memories of being about five, sitting in the beach hut after a swim. I was shivering with a towel wrapped round me, eating homemade lemon curd tarts, happy days!
I love all the sights and sounds that go with beach huts. Whistling kettles, wet bathers hanging out, drawstring curtains strung across the door, crabs and pebbles in bright plastic buckets, folding stripy deckchairs and biscuit tins - love it!
