Revamped to include full skeins of threads!
This sweet and simple design is aimed at teaching a complete beginner a number of textured and raised stitches. The design is screened onto background fabric and hand dyed perle No 8 thread has been used, making it easy for a beginner to master crewel embroidery, if they have never tried it before. The design can also be ordered on cream cotton or pale green dupion silk. The experienced embroiderer can experiment with more advanced stitches.
A full kit is supplied including design screened on to fabric, muslin for backing, 10 full skeins of thread, needles, stitch glossary, full set of instructions, 2 colour photographs and the wooden pincushion base.
Design measures 3 inches or 7.5cm in diameter. All of my designer kits are beautifully packaged and presented in sturdy carrier bags, making them very suitable as gifts.
