In homage to the great man’s socks (and matching ties) I’ve made a pair of bright fun ear candy. Earrings that are sure to add a splash of colour and brighten our grey winter weather.

Method..
I gave a patina bath to my cold forged sterling silver hoops and gently hammered for strength and a bit of texture. Now for the fun part. I dangled a bunch of bright jade gems onto my handmade head pins, that II torch balled, then oxidized before I painted with enamel in yummy colours before finally sealing. Quite a lot of work, but I think they are worth it. Hope you do to.
