An evening of doodling resulted in a makeover for my little singing bird.... fresh spring pastel colours and a fabulous new hair style, darling.

This item is made using the traditional stained glass technique - the glass is painted and kiln-fired then leaded together. The glass used is Polish mouthblown, which has lovely air bubbles and striations, and looks stunning when the sun shines through it.

These new-style birds are without the trademark wire speech bubble, but if you would like one added on, just let me know (there will be a small extra charge)
