I have made this gorgeous, one of a kind and super warm poncho from an old wool blanket. It's chic and stylish and has a vintage feel. I've dyed the blanket a russet red so the wool is rich and contemporary, and given the collar a blanket stitched edging in a complimentary dark red wool and added 2 oversized buttons to one lapel. Its one size and is easy to slip on on cold blustery days and will coordinate really well with most clothes and colours.
