Buttercup the Ballerina Flower fairy
Description
Buttercup is a crocheted doll who is larger than my usual flower fairies. She stands 45cm/17 inches tall, is stuffed with fiberfill and isn’t wired so can be used as a cuddly.
She has large safety eyes and gorgeous curly yellow hair styled in ringlets. She is dressed in a yellow flower petal skirt and a crocheted green top with four yellow buttons. She wears pink frilly flower petal bloomers.Her clothes are not removable, being sewn on for her modesty.
Her head can swivel. She wears pink ballerina pumps on her feet and stripy green and white stockings.
Recommended for older children and adults due to her handmade nature.
Inspiration
Inspired by large artificial flower petals I had at home, Buttercup simply manifested herself from my crochet hook and danced her way into my heart. I hope you love her as much as I do.
