Treat yourself or a friend to this lovely wee heart bag charm.
All the wee flowers are hand crafted with polymer clay. I make a 'cane' which is a bit like a stick of rock because the pattern is the same all the way through. I make all the canes myself.
The length of the charm is 10cms. The charm comes beautifully gift wraped.
