these deadly cute fabric zombie kittens measure about 11cm tall from the tips of their pointy ears to the bottom of their shuffling toes.

based on original drawings by Little Black Heart, each zombie cat is unique, and entirely handmade by me on a domestic sewing machine.
the printed cotton fabrics are appliqued onto pre-washed calico, and i then draw on the intricate details with free machine (free motion) embroidery, before making up the finished kitties. they have hand embroidered eyeballs.

they’re made from heavy weight calico, stiffened with vilene and backed with medium weight calico. i pre-wash all my fabrics so they’re soft and shouldn’t shrink – although i wouldn’t recommend putting these rabbits in a washing machine.
they’re stuffed with polyester filling, and finished by hand.
