The actual measurement at the top of the skirt is 34" (86cm) (designed to sit below waist level) and at hip point measures 40" (102cm).
It has a 2 1/2" (6cm) yoke and a kick-pleat opening at the back to allow for movement.
Length from top of yoke to hem is 18" (45cm)

Care Instructions:
Whilst I recommend a gentle hand-wash, it could also be machine washed at 30 degrees.
