This is one of my pastel-tinted 'baroque' purses. It has a pale green stipple-quilted silk main body and a curvy cream/gold front flap which is finished with a gold ribbed-bead trim. The purse measures approx. 11 x 15cm, and the front flap closes with a magnetic clasp fastening. The dupion fabric that I have used has a slubbed, slightly textured surface, which is a characteristic of this type of silk. The purse is lined throughout in gold satin fabric.
