3)High waist: just 1 inch (2cm) above your belly button
4)Shoulder: if you take any of your fitted non-stretchy and not drop style shirt, measure from outer shoulder seam where connects the sleeves, to outer shoulder seam.
5)girth biceps length: the girth length of the biggest part of your upper arm
