George's chair is a traditional European Oak framed child's chair with drop in seat, wide oak arms and steam train detail.

The back of the chair has a curved top and bottom rail with vertical slats, the middle slat having an inset steam train detail. Functional and attractive, any little engine driver would be pleased to sit on it.

George's chair has been finished using traditional furniture stains and french polish to give a medium oak finish and upholstered in a green check fabric.

About George
George Stokes has always had an interest in trains. He grew up watching the steam trains at the Little Hog Lane Railway and helping out at the station at weekends and after school.

George now works at the railway spending his days driving the shiny steam engines and chatting to the passengers. He loves spending his time at the train station and is often heard whistling tunes whilst he cleans and polishes the beautiful engines at the station.

When he's not at the station George likes to spend his time sitting in his special chair whilst busily working on perfecting his model railway at home.
