Meet Mindy – she’s a bit like a mouse and a bit like a bear…

This little Miss measures 21cms from ear tips to feet and has been made to my own design. She’s been made using the Japanese style of crochet, Amigurumi. This method is very neat as it is worked in a spiral - there are no seams, just a hole at the end of each piece that can be stuffed and then sewn closed.

I’ve used bright pink and dark multicoloured wool mix yarns for the main colours and cream for her face, ears, feet and hands. She has brown safety eyes, a black felt nose and is stuffed with polyfil.
