Sailing by the Light of the Moon (or Sun)

All the components of this sculpture are found items. The driftwood block was collected from the North Cornwall coast washed there by the Atlantic waves from where I know not. The yacht was in a junk shop – it has a little damage but the sea can be a rough place. I like to think that the clock is the full moon lighting up the way to a safe harbour. (You may think it is the sun) As a desk tidy for an office, study, workshop or indeed any room it is really useful addition.

An excellent gift item for anyone.
