This small notebook/ journal has been created using traditional bookbinding methods. I have left the spine exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature.

Rather than using traditional linen tape and thread, I have used pink button thread over a 1mm waxed lime green linen cord (supplied by www.folksy.com/shops/MarcadeSupplies).
The book cover has been made out of beer mats and is covered with a pretty floral fabric (once part of a much loved shirt).

The book contains: 100 pages, 10 signatures, or 50 folios (folded pages), of assorted recycled and scavenged papers.

Measurements: height 9 cm, width 9 cm and depth 2 cm
