A pretty, heart-shaped lavender bag, decorated with an embroidered felt heart, featuring a posy of roses - this would make a lovely gift.

A felt heart has been embroidered with a posy of roses and gypsophila. The rose and buds have been stitched in knitting ribbon and tapestry wools. A soft merino yarn has been used for the gypsophila. The embroidered heart has been blanket-stitched in place onto the front of a heart-shaped lavender bag, cut from vintage Laura Ashley fabric in coordinating colours.

Approximately 8g of fragrant lavender have been poured into the bag. A ribbon loop will allow the heart to be hung in a wardrobe or used as a hanging decoration.
