Created from 18% silk / 82% viscose high quality white velvet, this scarf has first been dyed green and then screen printed over with my own random stripe design, inspired by the reeds on the Somerset Levels near my home, with a decolourant which removes the green colour leaving a mellow yellow cream pattern. The stripes run downwards at the ends of the scarf, and across the width in the middle.

The velvet used in this scarf is high quality and very soft. Just the thing to snuggle into on a cold day.

Double sided, this scarf measures approximately 50 inches x 7inches 127cms x 18cms.

Hand wash or dry clean, this easy care scarf will warm up a cold winters day.

Because of the techniques used when making my scarves, no two will be identical. You are buying a wearable piece of art - handmade in my North Somerset garden studio, inspired by nature, music, sights and sounds.
