This grasshopper cushion has been hand embroidered and inspired by a stick and ink drawn by me.

This grasshopper round cushion is hand embroidered on my gran's own hand stitched table cloths. It was so lovely to stitch on her 70 year old embroideries and weave my stitches within her work. I have stitched a beautiful little grasshopper surrounded by circles of stitches in and around the delicate flowers of my gran's. The back of the cushion is in a wonderfully dusky pink crocheted in the round with vintage button to fasten. Around the edges are beautiful black pom poms. This cushion is as beautiful both sides.
