Chocolate & Vanilla sponge with strawberry buttercream - yum!

This delicious looking Cupcake has been handmade from felted wool and natural fabric. The cake wrapper has been enhanced with fabric paint to look like the sponge is showing through.

The Cupcake can be used simply for decoration ( it would look great on a cakestand ) or it can also be used as a rather special pincushion for someone who likes their cake but doesn’t always want to eat it!

Cleaning instructions: To remove any marks or stains, gently dab with a soft cloth and lukewarm soapy water. Alternatively, the whole Cupcake can be ‘freshened up’ by dipping it in a bowl of COLD water and then left to air-dry. Please do not soak, machine wash, or tumble dry!

Ingredients: Merino wool, natural fabric, sewing thread

The cupcake measures approximately 6.5 cm/ 2.5" diameter and stands approximately 9 cm/ 3 1/2" tall.
