This elegant kanzashi hair clip in lush regal colours features a subtle twist in the petals. It is a small yet eye-catching piece that will have people talking about the delicate work that went into creating it!

Each petal in my kanzashi is painstakingly handfolded by me to create this updated Japanese look.

A small (just over 2 inches diameter), 10 petal flower made of 2 layers of 5 petals in gold, deep purple and violet habotai silk.

There is a tiny pearl coloured bead in the centre and it is backed with pale grey felt and a small crocodile clip.

Please bear in mind that the colours you see on your screen may not exactly match the appearance of the kanzashi 'in the flesh', though I have tried to show them as accurately as possible!
