Sun Worship etching
Description
Etched into perspex and then printed with oil based inks on cartridge paper, this etching is one of many designs from a project on 'sun worship'.
Print comes in an 8x8 terracotta mount, backed with grey board and packaged in a cello bag.

Inspiration
Sun Worship was the title of my project, and I drew a lot of inspiration from how ancient cultures worshiped the sun, or sun gods. This is one of the simplest of my designs (with the subtle circle representing the sun, and the figure, obviously, representing the worshiper), but also, I think, one of the most successful.
