Handmade torch enamel and metalwork copper earrings
Pretty drop earrings featuring 19mm long copper ovals enamelled by torch with several layers of vitreous enamel in bronze green transparent topped with sprinkles of two shades of green opaque enamels giving an almost lichen appearance
The enamel ovals hang in front of 24mm handcut textured copper discs creating a cool contrast in colour
The earrings hang from handmade wrapped loop copper earwires
The backs of the larger ovals are also enamelled in a smoky black
Lightweight and easy to wear

Torch enamelling involves sifting enamel powder onto prepared metal and heating from beneath with a torch until the enamel powder fuses and becomes glossy and smooth
Various effects can be achieved and it is very addictive!
