Phillipe has a flair for flamboyant dressing. He's 28cms tall and is made from a brand new pair of putty beige coloured socks. He has a big froggy mouth and fetching minty green button eyes sewn onto to olive green felt pads. He's dressed in a rather fetching (if a little raggedy) cerise & black zebra design sock Tank Top and he wears a wired shiny mauve ribbon cravat around his neck.
