Survival Bracelets

Description

The Bracelets have approximately 3m/10ft of each colour (or 6m/20ft of the same colour if desired). The buckle has a whistle in it which is quite shrill and covers quite a distance for a tiny thing! I have also been informed by friends that they are very good at getting their dog's attention! In essence, unless you have a very big wrist(!) they are used as a decorative and compact way of carrying a substantial amount of paracord with you. I usually clip mine to my rucksack.

They are designed to be unpicked in case of an emergency. For example: to replace a broken bootlace, emergency dog lead, tent guy rope, binding broken things, boating, kite sailing... So not only do they look good but they are practical as well!

Fantastic idea for when your guy rope breaks when you're away at this year's festivals!

The paracord (parachute cord) I use comes in a variety of colours, just let me know which two colours you would like or I can make them one solid colour if you prefer.

Inspiration

I love making practical as well as pretty presents. You can't get any more practical than this - approx 6 metres/20 foot ( or 2 x 3 metres/10 foot) of parachute cord (paracord) knotted into a handy bracelet with a whistle in the buckle. Really unusual present!
