This dress was rescued from a charity shop for its potential to be something nice. I doubt anyone would have bought it for what it was as it was down to the ground and very frumpy. As soon as I got it home, I wanted to go at it with scissors, but instead it stayed in the wardrobe looked unhappy, until one day it got the transformation it needed!
