Make your own unique book heart bookmarks with this mini kit.

My little heart shaped bookmarks have been a best seller for years and now you can make your own. It’s the perfect way to add a personal touch to a gift of a book or book token.

Each kit comes packaged in a coloured paper envelope with 2 plain metal book hearts and 2 pieces of beautifully patterned hand-printed Japanese paper (washi). Each pack contains a random selection of colours and patterns including flowers, traditional designs (birds, fans, maple leaves) and abstract / geometric. You can also use other papers including wallpaper, maps and decoupage designs and even photographs! An instruction sheet is included with a link to the full photo tutorial on my blog. You will also need PVA glue, glue spreader, scissors and a pencil.

Dimensions:
Bookmarks are around 2.5cm (1") square. Washi sheets are 6cm x 2cm (3" x 1") in size, big enough for multiple book hearts.
