I love the sound the keys make on a typewriter, the clanking and clattering of ink hitting paper. It reminds me of the many many unfinished and untold stories I've dreamed up since I got my first blue typewriter on my 5th birthday. I hope to finish at least one of those stories, one day.

The black parts of the image are printed onto white A4 180gsm paper. I add the gold ink and watercolour by hand afterwards. Unfortunately the photo doesn't show the gold to be as bright as it really is but I use Windsor & Newton metallic gold ink which shines up beautifully.

The image measures approximately 11cm x 9cm in the centre of the page (landscape).

The print is signed by me and is sent in a protective no bend envelope.
